30-day grace period before permanent removal.
You can permanently delete your Eterniseed account and all of your personal data at any time. Here is what happens, and how to do it.
How to delete your account
- In the Eterniseed app, open Settings, then Privacy, then tap Delete My Account.
- On the web, sign in below and complete the deletion form.
- If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from your account email address and we will delete your account within 30 days.
What happens when you request deletion
After 30 days, the following are permanently removed:
- Your profile, email, and password
- Reading progress, completed lessons, day streak
- AI Guide and Teacher conversation history
- Prayer journal entries (cloud-synced; on-device entries stay on your device)
- Family circle membership and posts
- Child profiles and their reading data
For legal and compliance reasons, the following are retained:
- Billing records — seven (7) years per Georgia and U.S. tax law
- Audit logs — one (1) year, then anonymized
